Educational Kitchen: Enhancing Practical and Applied Skills for Hotel Management Students

In line with the faculty’s focus on developing students’ practical and applied skills, the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels organized a training session under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Essam El-Din Sadeq Farhat, University President, and Prof. Dr. Samar Mostafa Kamal, Dean of the Faculty.

The session was supervised by:

·         Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ezzat Mohamed – Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs

·         Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Mohamed – Head of Hotel Management Department

·         Asst. Prof. Dr. Mostafa Mahmoud – Lecturer of “Food Preparation & Production II”

·         Dr. Ali Arafa, Dr. Reham Diaa, Dr. Shahd Nashaat, and Chef Sayed Kamal

The practical training allowed students to demonstrate skill, precision, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, wearing proper uniforms while working in the  educational kitchen.
